Privacy policy

For the data collected through this site, I, Bert Lempens (SABER studio), am the data controller. I work from Bree, Limburg, as a sole trader.

I only collect what you enter yourself through the contact form, plus one technical value used to spot abuse.

• Company name (optional)
• Topic and timing of your request (optional)
• Your message
• The language you viewed the site in
• A hashed IP address, for abuse detection only

Only to reply to your request and start a conversation. I do not use your data for marketing, do not send a newsletter, and do not share or sell anything to third parties.

This processing relies on legitimate interest: you send a request yourself, and I need your details to respond to it. For the hashed IP address, that legitimate interest is preventing abuse of the form.

As long as a request has not been handled, it stays. Once handled, I delete it automatically after a year at most. No archive of old enquiries ever piles up.

No one but me. The site runs on my own servers at Hetzner (Germany, EU), no data is shared with advertising or tracking partners, and there is no separate marketing platform your data ends up in either.

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, have processing restricted, object to it, and request it in a portable format. Email bertlempens@gmail.com, I will reply as soon as I can.
